Face cover, what?

Hand sanitiser, wait, what?

If we told you a year ago that your mental check before leaving the house would include a hand sanitiser and face covering, you’d laugh. Fast forward to September 2020 and that’s the new normal.

With that being said, we want to to let you know the top recommended hand sanitisers, hand creams and face coverings to support you through these crazy times. Just to mention, these products are all Beautifully British brands we love to shout about. This means we’re supporting brands that are sustainable, founded and based in the UK.

Hand Sanitisers

100% natural with wild mint and mandarin mood boosting essential oils for an anti-bac that smells great and helps lift your mood. 65% alcohol to kill 99.9% of germs. For every pack of 3 you buy, they give a pack of 3 Clean & Happy Hand Sanitiser Gel to the true superheroes - the NHS!

The gin distillery based Guildford is one of our favourite spots for an outdoor activity. They’ve launched the perfect hand sanitizer which is made from their own supply of high strength alcohol and botanical oils.

The Distillery based in Portobello Road changed their operation lines during lockdown to provide hand sanitizers for the London Met Police. Amazing right?! As they were so popular they decided to start selling them and you can purchase for just £2.20!

Hand Creams

They use all natural beauty products which aren’t only kind to you, but also the planet.

We’re obsessed with London organic products and here’s a few reasons why:

  • Organic and vegan

  • Handmade in England

  • Free from parabens, sulphates, petrochemical ingredients & mineral oils

  • Not tested on animals

This award winning super moisturising hand cream is perfect for everyday use especially when using hand sanitisers every day. This product is 100% natural and has 5 star reviews so is definitely a handbag essential.

The lovely Bee range by Neal’s Yard is a unique project that supports farmers that are most vulnerable. From every purchase money is donated to the project, last year they raised £9,00! Now that’s something to buzz about! Neals Yard is a family owned business based in Dorset, all products are made from their eco-factory. We use natural, organic and ethically sourced herbs, botanicals and essential oils free from harmful chemicals.

Face Coverings

If Kate is doing it, then we’re all doing it.. As we have to wear face coverings let's make them comfortable, coordinate with outfits and hygiene friendly.

George and Charlotte are regularly seen in gorgeous pieces by Amaia, so it was no surprise when we found out that Kates mask is from the gorgeous kid-swear brand.

You can order online or find the store in Chelsea, London. “Arrieta left her career in International Finance to live her passion for children and fashion in 2004 and created Amaia. Since then, she indulges in her love for prints, fabrics and colours, always keen to surpass herself with every new collection.”

A hidden gem, running everything from Ammanford in Wales. We are obsessed with these face coverings and matching scrunchies. If you have long hair you’ll really appreciate this!

You’ll definitely be looking the part and keeping safe whilst doing your next food shop!

Oliver Bonas is an independent British lifestyle store. They’ve got an array of beautiful masks from £8.50. Oliver Bonas is also partnered with many UK charities where they donate with every item sold! A huge support from us!

The liberty London face covering is carefully designed with three layers. It allows you to have a comfortable, breathable face cover with hours of use. Not to mention that their designs are up cycled from the iconic Liberty prints!
