As it stands, the latest government announcement has shown a roadmap of the earliest possible dates we could be allowed to lift restrictions (subject to change based on review). This has given us a great sense of hope and optimism toward the future and we can now see there is a light at the end of the tunnel so most peoples moods have been instantly lifted. One of the first things allowed starting from Step 1 in the roadmap, is picnics. So we thought we would highlight some of the best places in the UK for an outdoor feast.
Currently, the guidelines suggest that as of the 8th March (so soon!) we are allowed to have picnics outdoors either on our own, with our household or with one other person socially distanced. From 29th March the rule of 6 comes back in to play for outside activities and mixing two households is allowed. The 17th of May increases the limit to 30 people meeting outside and on the 21st of June, it is predicted that all restrictions are lifted and there are no limits.
