Here are some of our favourite spots around London including best rooftops and terraces for cocktail drinking, alfresco dining and socially distanced fun!
New cool kid on the block Treehouse London is back open and it’s quirky rooftop bar The Nest is a must see. Offering spectacular 360 skyline views, treehouse inspired interiors, an outdoor wrap around terrace and daily DJ sessions! We love the weekend bunch menu and the vibrant cocktails!

This hidden gem in Spitalfields is not your usual rooftop, The Culpeper doubles up as a vegetable garden, growing it’s own produce, all ingredients are harvested and used by the hotel’s bar and kitchen providing the freshest food possible. There is a pretty greenhouse and outside seating doted among the plants!

Angler Terrace at The South Place Hotel
Hidden on the 7th floor of the South Place Hotel, this quintessentially British terrace is part of a Michelin starred restaurant and usually collaborates with renowned and exciting drinks brands to bring you exciting summer/winter pop ups in a tranquil heaven in the middle of the City.

The Terrace at The Ham Yard Hotel
Part of the stunning Firmdale Hotel collection, the terrace is well known for offering different pop up concepts all year round. It’s also home to a vegetable garden, bee hives and art installations, not to mention the views over the London skyline! Exclusively available to in-house guests and private events, why not treat yourself and book a hotel stay to experience it first hand! We promise the experience won’t disappoint!

Jin Bo Law Sky Bar at The Dorsett City Hotel
The sky bar is opened it’s doors again on Sunday 30th August for an exclusive socially distanced party! Vibrant cocktails, DJ sessions and a contortionist! The rooftop is located on top of the Dorsett City hotel and has breath taking views of the city. With a chilled atmosphere in a luxurious setting is perfect for those last of the summer sun downers.

Seabird at The Hoxton Southwark Hotel
This Southwark based restaurant boasts London’s longest oyster list. Diners are taken on a coastal escape to experience the fresh flavours of southern Europe, a couple of our favourites being the scallop ceviche and the native lobster paired with bloody mary sauce!

Mezemiso at The Crowne Plaza Hotel
Located right on the Thames River it overlooks Westminster! It also features a very unique cigar and shisha terrace, perfect for watching the sunset. Remember to make a reservation because this restaurant does not take walk ins.

OK OK - the two below are NOT rooftops but there are a few that we couldn't miss out!
Alfresco dining has been more in demand than ever since lockdown and the pandemic and the team at the Berkley have done us all a favour and created exactly that. A beautiful Mediterranean inspired terrace tucked away among the busy Central London streets, creating the illusion you are on holiday on an island somewhere whilst enjoying a refreshing glass of vino. YES PLEASE!

Drum roll please… the stunning English countryside inspired secret garden is back a the Rosewood from the 1st September in collaboration with Nyetimber, a match made in heaven! The space will be expanded to allow for social distancing allowing more diners to enjoy the iconic courtyard and providing guests with a special belated summertime experience. Their Winter project will also be announced soon!
