London Cocktail Week is a celebration of the vibrant, exciting and innovative cocktail scene which is the biggest event of its kind in the world. Almost every bar across the capital is taking part and this year, albeit a less crowded affair, will be no exception. On the contrary, London Cocktail Week will be extended to the full month of October and, as bars would put it, It’s the “eat out to help out” version for the pub & bar industry.
At our last count there are 240 bars taking part in this years event so you won’t have to venture very far to get your favourite cocktail fix…with 5 or less friends… all seated… and no dancing….well not just yet at least.
So how does it work?
Well, all you need to do is buy a £15 pass / wrist band via this link and then enjoy all the cocktails your heart desires for £6 each. As easy as that. The hospitality industry has suffered enormously due to the lockdown restriction this year so bars are really going the extra mile to make sure your visit is as safe as possible and that everyone is doing their part with social distancing and respecting the Covid 19 safety measures.
There is an upside though which is venues will be hosting immersive experiences with brand takeovers or extending special menus developed especially for London Cocktail Week 2020. These bar “pop-ups” are going to play a huge part in helping breath life back into the hospitality scene. Lets support the industry that brings us so much enjoyment!
