Earth Week, UK's Most Sustainable/Eco- friendly Celebs

SIR DAVID ATTENBOROUGH

We LOVE Sir David - he speaks the truth and speaks his mind. If the planet could give our No.1 ambassador badges, Sir David would be first on it's list. Championing new initiatives and supporting everything green he is simply our number 1.

EMMA WATSON

“I made a choice last year that I would only wear sustainable fashion on the red carpet. The fashion industry is the second-biggest pollutant of freshwater on the planet. It has such a huge environmental impact and such a big human impact. And it’s just not enough for me anymore that it’s a beautiful item or a beautiful piece,” Watson told Medium in 2018.

IDRIS ELBA & SABRINA ELBA

Sabrina and Idris are ambassadors for the UN's International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). Their projects aim to make food production more resilient to the impacts of climate change. They are piloting climate adaption technologies such as rainwater harvesting and supplementary irrigation.

STELLA MCCARTNEY

Fiercely against using animal leather and materials but now using organic cotton, recycled polyester, regenerated cashmere and forest-friendly fibres in her designs and her brand does its utmost to ensure that designs do not end up in the landfill. Personally, she eats and uses organic and eco friendly products too.
