Mean Green Smoothie

Need a quick, healthy and delicious post-workout smoothie? This Mean Green smoothie is packed with protein, fibre and vitamins. It's the perfect drink to keep you refreshed and replenished after your sweat sesh!


Ingredients:

  • 50 ml freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 75 gr pineapple

  • 100 gr mango

  • A handful of chopped spinach

  • 1 tsp flaxseed

  • 1 tsp chia seed

  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

  • 1 tbsp palm nectar

  • ice
