Whether you’re dining in the main restaurant or at their intimate sushi bar, every detail is designed to entertain, inspire and excite – from the signature green onyx flooring and stunning artworks to their beautiful antiques, all framed with huge bonsai and blossom trees.
Open seven days a week, serving dishes inspired from cuisines spanning the continent of Asia, and a delicious selection of cocktails intended to transport and excite, as well as sakes, wines, Champagnes and Jing speciality Asian teas.
Whether it’s salmon sashimi with spiced yuzu and avocado salsa, braised beef short rib sang choi bao, or one of their exclusive sharing plates, there’s something for everyone.
You’ll also find the essence of the East in a selection of wonderfully theatrical drinks.
Be transported by the incredible flavour combinations and beautiful garnishes of the Beijing Sling or the Fair Dragon, just two of the cocktails we have waiting for you.
