The brand new Bar des Prés is set to open in London's Mayfair on the 22nd May 2021. The site will be the second of its restaurants following the first which launched in 2016 in Saint-Germain in Paris.
Acclaimed chef Cyril Lignac brings his exclusive neighbourhood Saint Germain
restaurant to the heart of London’s Mayfair. Expect a menu filled with Franco-East
Asian creations with a focus on seasonal and exceptional ingredients.
The restaurant will offer a French and East Asian menu with cold and warm dishes available. The star of France's famous cooking show Oui Chef! and Michelin-Star Chef, Cyril Lignac, has had an outstanding career in TV and Kitchens across France and is now heading over to make serious waves in the UK.
The restaurant will pose a similar aesthetic to its Paris branch and as for the menu you can look forward to delicious meals such as Scallops with caramelised miso, ‘Galette Craquette’ - crunchy crab galette, Madras curried crab with avocado and Satay fillet steak. As well as an impressive wine menu of over 250 French wines and an exquisite cocktail selection.
