In 2015, an idea that finally came to life that had sprung to the mind of a passionate student a few years prior. This 16-year-old had the realisation that he was destined to be a chef, a pastry chef to be exact, and his love of chocolate-inspired the creation of 1683 Chocolate Place which therefore made him the youngest chocolatier in the country. Solihull High Street is home to this luxurious artisan chocolate shop that is loved by both locals and tourists alike and is also sold online to a wider audience of chocolate lovers.
1683 Chocolate Place use only the freshest ingredients that have been carefully selected and the chocolate is handmade to perfection on-site making them of the highest possible quality without using any preservatives or additives. With the chocolate being so fresh the shelf life is slightly shorter but to be honest once you receive them we hardly think they will last that long anyway.
After a sell-out Christmas season, they are back with a very exciting new collection ready in time for Valentines Day. These deluxe heart-shaped chocolates will make the perfect gift as they ooze romance, so you can really treat your loved one to something special this year. The collection includes Valentines Boxes and Hearts and they are made up with the colours of love; reds and pinks and finished with a beautiful glaze to catch the eye. We love the giant chocolate hearts that are hiding bite-size pieces inside, they look almost too good to eat, with incredible flavours such as Milk Chocolate Raspberry and Champagne, Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate and Lotus Biscoff. Just wow.
